It is very coincidental that my previous post was about music, cause I stumbled upon a website called Audiobank.fm. It is an online store that sells royalty free music, as the website claims it is. I really don't know if that term "royalty free music" means you can distribute it as much as you want too.
The site also have a page for Reason drum kits, and the way I understand, it's like you can record drums arrangement there. Am not sure though, but it sounds cool. I will check it out.
